By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site or Services. If you use the Services for a business or on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

We may update the Site, Services, or these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Your use of the Site and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services. You must not:

• violate any law or infringe the rights of others
• attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or accounts without permission
• disrupt or interfere with the Site or Services, including by introducing malware
• copy, scrape, or use automated methods to access the Site or Services in a way that harms or burdens them, except where we expressly allow it
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where the law does not allow this restriction

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or if your use creates risk or harm.

If you submit content to the Services (including prompts, files, or data), you keep ownership of it. You grant Dodge AI a non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the Services.

If the Services provide automated or AI-generated outputs, you are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use.

The Site and Services, including all software and content we provide (excluding your content), are owned by Dodge AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site and Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Site or Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DODGE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DODGE AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS.

DODGE AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DODGE AI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dodge AI and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Site and Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or your use creates risk or harm.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
